Phoda Kumbha Sarees

Description

Phoda Kumbha is a beautiful saree woven by our skilled weavers from Exotic Odisha.  The border has Kumbhas, also known as temple border that are much more clear with sharp ends!

This technique requires 2 weavers to sit at two opposite ends and weave from both the ends, until they meet at the centre.

This saree is in Black and Green a stunning combination and a rare find.

Fabric: 100% Cotton.

Blouse piece: Attached.

Sarees from Odisha are usually anything between 5.40 to 5.45 meters. This is the way it has been done since ages.
