You have two days or say 48 hrs from the date you receive your booked product (s), to initiate an exchange or a return, beyond which , we will not be able to accept or process your request. You will need to send us a message with your specific Exchange/ Return request to our email address:

The product must be in an absolute unused and undamaged condition accompanied by the original tags and protective packaging, failing which, we will not be able to process your exchange or return request.
If the returned piece does not reach us within 5 days of initiation of the return /exchange process, we will not be able to accept or refund you against your returned piece. For Overseas clients, the product will have to reach us within 15 days.
We will ship your exchange product (s) within 7 working days of our receipt of your returned piece. The shipping charges for the exchange piece will have to be borne by you. If the value of the exchange piece is less than the returned piece, we will deduct the exchange shipping fee and the value of the exchange product (s) and refund the balance to you. If the value of the exchange product (s) you have requested exceeds the value of the returned product (s), you will be requested to make a bank transfer for the same.
There will be no further exchange or return on an exchanged product (s).
In case of a return , the conditions are the same as mentioned above. We will send you a refund within 2 working days of our receipt of your returned product(s). We will not be able to refund you the shipping fee charged to you at the time of initial purchase.
Some Items will not be eligible for Returns & Exchange as they are limited edition. we will specify this clearly in the details that accompany that particular product.
Products that are purchased during sales, offers are not eligible for return and exchange policy.
